Job Description:

Amazon Business Canada is seeking a Sales Manager to define the strategy and execute tactical plans to help Public Sector customers in Canada reinvent the way they buy B2B supplies. The sales manager plans and delivers quotas, builds and develops accounts managers (who we call customer advisors).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer satisfaction across the customer base with expert account management
  • Drive prioritized lead generation for the team
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing to test, measure, and execute tactical sales
  • Hire and Develop customer advisors to support continued, “rocket ship” growth
  • Lead and inspire a growing organization comprised of enterprise customer advisors on customer acquisition and growth
  • Understand and mechanize the inputs and outputs of the business.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
  • Proven ability to influence others; Ability to converse with senior stakeholders (CPOs, VP’s Supply Chain, CIOs, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
  • Exceptional and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years experience in B2B sales or procurement
  • BA/BS required
  • 6+ years people management experience
