Job Responsibilities:

• Develops efficient and effective reporting systems that reflect workload and other management reporting systems for use of operational and administrative analysis
• Manages all case assignments within the Internal Affairs case management system. Maintains administrative log for use in analyzing statistically information for the annual reports and Bureau data calls.  Responsible for the review of all incident reports received and the conversion to internal or preliminary investigations
• Participates in working groups, and makes recommendations regarding organizational structure, functions, procedures, policies and workflow of the Division to assure mission accomplishments
• Supports the SAC, ASAC and DOO of IAD in the formulation and implementation of policies, plans, systems, and procedures to manage and continually improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Bureau’s investigative programs and Division-wide administration

Job Requirements:

• Suitable for Federal employment determined by background investigation.
• Must be registered or exempt from the Selective Service. See www.sss.gov
• Must sign a mobility agreement as condition of employment
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.
