Job Description:
Food Service Program Managers provide daily oversight of the CIA food services program to include food safety, catering/special events, and an executive level dining facility. This includes developing action plans for improvement of services and responding to all customer feedback. Additionally, you will monitor the food service contractor’s performance in fulfilling the technical requirements of the contract. You will also be responsible for tracking point of sales data and benchmarking with other government agencies.

Job Requirements:
- Project management experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated knowledge of government contracting; working knowledge of Contractor Award Fee development and assessment; familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations and General Service Administration Regulations
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in the food services industry
- Or, relevant years of work experience
- Business Administration
- Hotel & Restaurant Management
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team
- GPA of at least a 3.0 on a 4-point scale is preferred, but exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances.
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields or related studies:
- Northern Virginia Certified Food Safety Manager (preferred) or ServSafe certified
- Culinary Arts
