Job Description:

• The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for interfacing directly with broadcast origination clients to determine their graphics needs from a technical and visual standpoint.
• Company provided system training will be provided.
• This role will require constant and careful coordination with the Broadcast Operations and Engineering teams to ensure the successful deployment of broadcast graphical elements in a multi-tenant environment without disturbing on-air operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participates in projects, providing needed support and following through from project beginning to end with a high degree of communication. Is familiar with project design specifications and ensures final product meets predetermined standards and specifications.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Stays current on new design software and new design concepts.
• Reviews, alters and/or makes recommendations for alteration on designs and artwork of various nature, as applicable.
• Helps improve the quality and efficiency of the department by maintaining technical standards.

Qualification & Experience:

• Familiarity with digital media workflows for broadcast media and experience with Evertz Overture playout, Overture Template Builder, and Mediator Automation & MAM.
• Strong communication skills to converse with vendors and clients.
• Self-management of tasks and technical organization.
• Knowledge of layering and execution of static and animated graphics, including those with dynamic elements sourced from automation playlists and external sources.
• Basic JavaScript knowledge and/or experience with automation are a bonus!
