Job Description:

Under direction of the Supervisor of Mine Reclamation, the Senior Environmental Scientist (Supervisory) (incumbent) oversees and serves as the Manager of DMR’s Environmental Services Unit (ESU). This includes performing at the first working supervising level by supervising a team of Environmental Scientists, including oversight of: field work; staff review of reclamation plans and their amendments, financial assurance cost estimates (FACEs), and environmental documents; and assistance to local governments that administer the Surface Mining and Reclamation Act (SMARA).

Job Requirements:

• The position(s) require(s) a valid California Drivers License (CDL). You must answer the questions addressing your CDL on your application.
