Job Description:
Working for the Talent Acquisition Manager, and part of the wider Global Talent Acquisition team, you will be part of a team of 2 coordinators who will show a passion for hiring the very best, and most diverse talent for our UK stores. Costa Coffee hire thousands of the amazing Baristas each year, meaning this is a fast paced and high-volume role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working as a team supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager to successfully deliver our “Hiring for Success” model
- Manage queries and issues that arise as part of the hiring journey
- Ensure strict adherence to relevant SLAs throughout the total hiring process
- Ensure Retail is 100% complaint across all recruitment processes
- Recruitment system administration
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work at a very fast pace, with a resilient mindset
- Excellent organisational skills
- Operations experience would be an advantage
- Goal orientated, comfortable with targets and SLAs
- Strong communication with confidence to partake in conference calls and video meetings
- Proficient in MS Excel and ability to hand large amounts of data
