Job Description:

We are growing the team and are looking to recruit a talented and experienced Senior National Account Manager to lead the customer relationship for major accounts which includes the creation and management of annual plans and building the business for long term mutual benefit.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurate forecasting of monthly sales performance and installs
  • Increase market share through relevant strategies and tactics
  • Develop and implement specific customer strategies and joint business plans that are relevant to consumer and customer needs to deliver P&L and 5 year outlook
  • Accountable for account performance and all customer financial metrics
  • Accountable for the commercial performance of Costa Express through all customer channels where appropriate by customer
  • Lead the new and existing contract negotiation and process

Qualification & Experience:

  • Strong numeric and data analytical skills
  • Proven experience of creating and implementing strategies
  • Experience of selling across different channels including convenience, multiples, foodservice
  • Proven track record operating as National Account Manager with responsibility for P&L of major accounts worth c£30M value
  • Multiskilled negotiator
  • Knowledge of Retail, Beverages or FMCG sector
