Job Description:

As Costa moves towards its ambition of becoming a truly global total coffee company, IT architecture becomes increasingly important in ensuring the development of information security policy, standards, and guidance. A Global Information Security Architect role is being recruited for which will be integral to the creation and development of Information Security Architecture across the entire Costa Group.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working with project managers and the PMO function to provide technical solution architecture support for ongoing projects
- Contribute to the ongoing development of information security policy, standards and guidance
- Lead the development of architecture frameworks, principles and capability models, principles and standards
- Remain current with technology trends and product development by working with suppliers and industry forums
- Work within the Architecture team to improve standing processes and procedures
- Ensure the inclusion of compliance requirements in key developments through development of standards and NFR’s
- Ensure security architecture is represented and principles enforced through the existing governance forums – TDA
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience on design and governance boards
- Influencing and stakeholder management
- Development of architecture, process and policy documentation
- Experience of developing security frameworks and principles
- Technical security best practices
- Strong background in Information Security Architecture
- Strong communication, written and verbal
- CISSP or equivalent
- Current security technologies and industry developments knowledge
- Line management experience – has led small to medium sized technical teams
