Job Description:
Working with our Executive Talent Acquisition Partner the Executive Researcher will take ownership for identifying, attracting and assessing potential candidates for our executive leadership roles across the business. You will own and build candidate pipelines through talent mapping that provides us with critical insight on potential talent for our business, along with broader market insight on trends, competitors and activity across our sector. The end goal being that we are attracting the most diverse talent for our business that supports our growth strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- You’ll identify opportunities and methods to build diverse talent pipelines
- This will be a global role, you will therefore need to understand the countries you are representing to penetrate these markets and find the best candidates
- You’ll work in close collaboration with the wider Talent Acquisition team, and people division on our talent attraction strategy
- Gain a deep understanding of the talent landscape, building competitor knowledge and talent pipelines within this space.
- You will use your market knowledge and experience of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates in the market
Qualification & Experience:
- Demonstrable experience sourcing candidates in competitive industries, demonstrating capability in sourcing techniques and a passion for engaging with passive and active talent
- Excellent organisation and strong communication skills
- You’ll have previous experience of sourcing candidates for senior/executive level roles within a business and be confident in influencing internal stakeholders at this level
- You’ll act as a brand ambassador for Costa displaying a great demonstration of our values
