Our Service Team Managers are pivotal roles within Costa Express Operations. The role is key to driving performance across the Field Service Engineers and empowering them to fulfil and exceed their potential whilst driving operational standards. You’ll recognise success and be passionate about continually improving the customer journey for Costa Express Customers

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

  • Provide all FSE’s with the development and tools to carry out their role effectively
  • Resource planning both headcount and tools to deliver and exceed operational efficiencies/KPI’s
  • Drive parts usage and ensure cost efficiencies
  • Collaborate and interact with the Regional Operations Manager to identify and deliver efficiency and service enhancement opportunities
  • Oversee regular audits carried out by FSE’s and create opportunities for robust feedback to increase team capability and quality
