Job Description:
As we build Costa to be the Total Coffee Company, we are looking to increase our best-in-class partner-marketing capability to support this growth and deliver excellence in all our business-to-business (B2B) communication. As a result, we are looking to recruit a passionate and experienced Global Brand Partnerships Manager to work within our Global Brand team. This person will partner with our International business development teams across Costa to ensure we deliver compelling and winning customer selling stories leveraging Costa Coffee’s competitive advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining the Costa Coffee Partnerships Portal
- Creating compelling partner sell-in materials that unlock business growth for Costa (amongst existing and new partners)
- Provide marketing support to the sales & partnership teams including customising sell-in decks and creating b2b partnership launch and optimisation plans
- Developing our Global B2B marketing strategy
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of international markets and different channels (retail, CPG, hospitality, franchised operations)
- Have experience in creating concepts and enticing thought leadership content
- Be adaptive to change, and comfortable with ambiguity. This is a brand-new role
- Developed skills or capability-building programmes for sales / partnership teams
- Experience of food or drink categories would be an advantage but not essential
- Challenger/Start Up mentality. We will be entering markets with no brand awareness
- Highly developed influencing and communication skills
- Be highly strategic and commercially savvy with a strong consumer and brand focus
- Ability to put together compelling sell in presentation and stories for partners across different media
- Proven track record within customer and/or category marketing role
