Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and creative individual to join our CO Brands team as a Photographer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and update studio photography processes for efficient work flow, as well as design and manage new lighting plans to ensure that we achieve the best quality results.
• You will enable our vision by overseeing all of our studio photography and lighting requirements to maintain consistency across our brand.
• You coach, brief and assist freelance photographers to ensure correct brand photography requirements are being met and will liaise with the brands and the Styling team to align on shoot needs and expectations.

Job Requirements:

• A high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience in a similar commercial photography role
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Capture One Pro
• Ability to coach a team to achieve brief requirements
• Proven experience in digital studio photography
