Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs the administrative and human resource management functions relative to the staff supervised.
  • Reviews and analyzes budget, acquisition, utilization, disposition, Human Resources, and accountability of resources consistent with program needs at all locations within the Division.
  • Analyzes administrative processes and develop new or improved administrative policies and procedures for effective administrative operation within the Division.
  • Manages the Special Agent Recruitment Program and initiatives for the Field Division, as well as the professional, administrative, and clerical (PATCO) Position Recruitment Plan for the Division.
  • Manages the division’s vehicle fleet including requests for new vehicles, registration, maintenance, and repair of vehicles, inventory management, and disposition.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Background and/or Security Clearance
  • Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service
  • Drug testing designated position
  • Successful completion of an one-year probationary period is required (unless already completed).
