Job Description:
Under direction of the Staff Risk Manager I in the Office of Risk and Insurance Management (ORIM), Claims unit, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst investigates and negotiates settlement of the more responsible, varied and complex tort liability and physical damage claims and pursues damage recovery actions against third parties, in accordance with state laws and regulations, DGS guidelines, ORIM operating procedures and various State Administrative Manual sections.
Job Requirements:
