Job Description:

The Investigations Division is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable professional with a positive attitude for public contact and customer service. The incumbent directly supports the activities and responsibilities of an area command, district office, and headquarters units; collects, organizes and analyzes documents related to assigned cases; schedules appointments with applicants through phone and/or written formats; conducts in-person interviews with applicants and verifies documents presented to authenticate applicant’s identity; may require a bilingual capability and/or ability to work through a translator; assists investigations offices with the more routine phases of administrative and criminal licensee enforcement investigations (e.g., gathering and analyzing evidence, formulating graphs and charts to assist in the preparation of reports of investigation); loads, transports, catalogs, and stores evidence; assists in search warrant execution after the area is secured; assists on surveillance in a support capacity; monitors statistics and prepares reports through use of various databases; and performs other duties as required.
