Job Responsibilities:

• Performing and monitoring the significant day-to-day cash collection for vehicles shipped to US and Canadian dealers
• Acting as the Accounts Receivable liaison working with the dealers, their respective banks, the Business Centers, MOPAR, Legal, Incentives, Fleet, Logistics and various other non-dealer customers
• Supporting innovative process improvement initiatives in order to expedite cash collection, strengthen internal controls, and improve customer experience Monthly reporting on status of customer accounts including identifying issues and action plans to address any past due conditions or other concerns
• Month-end ledger activity, audit requirements and SOX compliance
• Executing in-transit payments to dealers

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with business partners and external parties
• Strong systems background (SAP, Excel, mainframe)
• Master’s degree in Business – emphasis in Finance
• Collections, AR, customer account experience
• Strong ability to multi-task, work well under pressure if necessary and drive positive change
• Ability to work with a positive attitude with internal and external customers in a time sensitive environment
• Highly motivated, pro-active and energetic individual willing to challenge the status quo
