• Research and evaluate PC software and operating systems.
• Research and analyze the latest information technologies.
• Develop skills in analyzing new technology.
• Assist clients in defining systems and/or business applications requirements.
• Develop information on the client’s business operations and assist in the identification and resolution of problems.
• Research the latest information technologies.
• Prepare reports using Microsoft (MS) Office.
• Develop and test documented process related to new products or services.
• Research and evaluate PC software and operating systems.
• Assist clients in the use of new automated tools which have been directed to them.
• Participate with the client in applying new IT tools and implementing new automated processes.
• Prepare reports using Microsoft (MS) Office.

Job Requirements:

• After successful completion of the program requirements and based on FDIC’s needs, the selectees may be non-competitively converted to a Term or Permanent position based upon an evaluation of performance, completion of at least 640 hours of work experience acquired through the Internship Program. However, service in the FDIC Pathways Internship Program confers no right to further employment in the competitive or excepted service.
