Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct basic and target-specific physical examinations
• Audiometric
• Vision testing
• Respirator fit testing
• Fitness-for-duty exams
• Medical surveillance exams
• Breath alcohol testing (BAT)
• Pulmonary function
• Perform medical examinations
• Conduct testing

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Drug screen collection and processing
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• 2 or more years’ experience in emergency, urgent care, critical care and/or occupational health
• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Occupational case management experience
• Certification in audiometric and pulmonary function testing
• Current unrestricted license in the State of Michigan
