Job Description:
This highly visible and transformational role will be joining a team chartered with delivering high quality technology support solutions for Ford Motor Company colleagues worldwide.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that quality standards are adhered to during product development and implementation, product deployments are carefully planned and have the necessary support procedures and documentation in place
- Will work within the Digital Workplace organization to refine the product delivery process and ensure a human centered mindset is embedded across product owners
- Partner with all global service delivery teams to identify and drive best practices, process and technology improvements, and roll out new servicing capabilities where appropriate
- Refine the communication strategy to ensure that all global service delivery teams are fully aware of upcoming changes and have the necessary product education required
- Will work to drive process consistency across teams
- Develops a strong rapport with Service Delivery leaders to gather feedback, identify and prioritize new opportunities, and to facilitate the implementation of new capabilities
- Lead teams of Service Delivery Managers, Product Owners, Engineers, and other key stakeholders to transform the technology architecture, configuration and a robust support and security model, so that Ford Motor Colleagues receive a best-in-class servicing experience for the Mac platform in the company.
Qualification & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Apple environments, customer servicing strategies and related technical and business processes
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a production support, technology operations or a product engineering organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience
