Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist dual franchise stores in delivering a differentiated luxury ownership experience for Lincoln clients
  • Sustain / Grow Pickup & Delivery usage as a key ownership benefit for 17MY+ owners
  • Assist retailers with procuring parts to resolve client concerns
  • Sustain/promote Lincoln Way app usage & lead ongoing dealership app-related training needs
  • Promptly address special handling requests from Consumer Affairs, Lincoln Concierge, etc.
  • Champion service sales and marketing programs; be the subject matter authority for store personnel
  • Assist store leadership with implementation of advertising and merchandising strategies
  • Counsel retail partners on Lincoln Loyalty Program budget management and effective decision making
  • Coordinate with our retail partners to achieve their retail traffic & parts sales growth objectives through (Shop/Buy/Own) initiatives

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Automotive
  • 3+ years of B2B client management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to effectively develop and execute a comprehensive business plan
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to maintain focus without daily direction
  • 3+ years of experience working in automotive (Supplier / OEM / Retailer)
