Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Job Ergonomics evaluations
- Prepare or advise the preparation of cost estimates of new or revised methods and standards
- Recommend most efficient distribution of personnel and review daily employee workforce, analyze plant methods and standards
- Drive development and/or installation of direct and indirect labor standards and methods. Track labor, efficient workforce utilization and line balancing
- Develop cost saving project proposals and write projects as the need arises.
- Conduct continuous improvement mapping and process audits
- Analyze problem process constraints and conduct equipment cycle time analysis
- Analyze production and non-production operations to resolve those requiring study and develop new or improved methods and standards
- Review proposed changes in plant layout, processes, material handling, routing, etc
- Conduct time and motion/MODAPTS studies and review employee proposals and suggestions
Qualification & Experience:
- 3 or more years of Industrial or process/mfg. engineering experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
