Job Description:

Note: We are creating multiple options for the application of our Business Leadership Summer Internship as we navigate the impact of COVID-19 on our current business practices. These offerings will include the possibility of a virtual internship, if needed. As we continue to monitor the impact of this pandemic, our execution of this internship will prioritize the health of all GEICO associates – both current and future.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing marketing plans
• Proposing new strategies for growing and retaining our business
• Analyzing current business procedures across various departments
• Delivering presentations to management
• Researching insurance industry trends

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university with a rising senior status at time of the summer program; has completed multiple business courses
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
• Demonstrated leadership potential
• 3.0+ cumulative GPA required
• Solid understanding of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
