Job Description:

As a Facilities Supervisor, you will supervise engineering, electrical functions, maintenance, and tenant facility functions, supervise regional repair projects, review work procedures and recommend changes as necessary, prepare plans and budgets, and assign responsibilities to subordinates.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops and organize policies and procedures of governing essential operational protocols and organize electronic files, safety documents and facilities operation documents. (Monthly 5%)
  • Support and organize small to large size of projects’ move, coordinate, executes and closes out. (Daily, 10%)
  • Oversee processing the material orders and communicate the order status (Daily 5%)
  • Provide and maintain utility consumptions for electric, gas, and water. (Monthly 5%)
  • Manage and supervise emergency service calls from associates and communicate to engineering associates between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays (Daily, 5%)
  • Coordinate with Corporate Planning and Communications to organize and support officer’s meeting, benefits meetings, and any other major corporate events. Manage three facilities, electric associates and oversees Plaza event calendar, process the set-up requirement and confirm set-up is delivered as requested (Daily, 15%)
  • Manage computer maintenance management system (“CMMS”) program and provide ad hoc reports as requested by Facilities Management. Serve as companywide administrator for the CMMS program by providing technical support to regional Facilities teams and serve as liaison to the software provider. (Daily, 15%)
  • Provide oversight of: (i) work order assignments; (ii) work load management for Facilities staff; and (iii) ordering materials and inventory management. (Daily, 5%)
  • Coordinate scope of work and request for proposal (“RFP”) development and publication with financial control team and Procurement and act as point of contact for venders for RFP process. (10%)
  • Manage multiple venders and maintenance contracts for building operations, by administering contracts, managing vender responsibilities (Landscape, Generators, UPS, and Data Center) and coordinating schedules for work completion. (Daily 10%)

Job Requirements:

  • 1st Class/Master licensed building engineer or equivalent in accordance with state regulations
  • Must be able to work emergency situations in inclement weather and be available for overtime as needed
  • Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification required or actively pursuing
  • Certify Facility Manager (CFM) certification required or actively pursuing
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
