Job Description:

We are looking for a creative team member who can provide software solutions that support System Engineering and SAFe adoption initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting and Publishing
• Drive a common working environment and tool solutions for engineering
• Develop new software tools and processes that enable:
• Work with IT to insure solutions are configured to meet standards
• Test Management (Rational Quality Manager)
• Change Management (Rational Team Concert – RTC)
• Develop, test and implement software tool solutions that support the global engineering community
• Requirements Engineering (Doors Next Gen)
• Support users in engineering (troubleshoot issues, coach & mentor, etc.)
• Configuration Management (Global Configuration Management – GCM)

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience using Java script/HTML/web interfaces
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years demonstrated technical knowledge in relevant engineering disciplines
• High level of analytical ability to generalize and reason about complex problem spaces in search of solutions
• Ability to debug and resolve tool and process issues
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science required
• Experience with Java, Client Server Architecture and Object-oriented Programming
