Job Description:
This is a Hybrid position within our Digital Business Team Technology. The role will allow employees to work remotely but may also require limited onsite work based on business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure informed decisions and governance by bringing together key data points, processes and participants.
- Identify milestones and deliverables, develop master integration schedules and workstream structures.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams including architects, software engineers, developers, testers, technical leads, and deployment leads to ensure timely delivery.
- Build contingencies into the overall program to provide the flexibility to adjust resources in response to a changing business priority,
- Ensure that milestones are completed on time, on scope, on budget and with quality.
- Provide leadership and guidance in the program resource planning.
- Eliminate surprises by identifying potential problems early and taking corrective action before they have impact.
- Utilize appropriate estimation models and tools and manage forecast to actuals.
- Communicate status, progress on deliverables, and risks/issues to partners and leadership in a timely manner.
- Maintain milestone tracking and proactively manage and resolve issues and risks
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in leading a methodical process of analyzing problem, gathering information, generating options, then proposing and acting upon a course of action
- Experience in measuring project success factors with respect to cost, schedule and quality.
- Proven track record with success in delivery of sophisticated programs and projects
- Minimum of 15 years of experience demonstrating established leadership across the project/program/portfolio management discipline
- Excellent organizational and planning skills and ability to facilitate meetings.
- Expert level project management field knowledge (e.g. PMBOK, Schedule, Scope, Quality, HR, Communications, etc.) and using different software development methodologies
- Experience with requirements and test case development.
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholder sets, build relationships, manage expectations and work effectively with other areas across the GM organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in technical subject area preferred or equivalent experience required
- Demonstrated seasoned acumen when interacting with senior business, technical personnel, and multi-functional teams to drive business outcomes
