Job Description:

Maximo Lead Business Leader (LBA) and GMS for Maintenance Champion for LDT. Support plant maintenance and facilities departments in effective utilization of Maximo and implementation of GMS principles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage department projects in support of OpEx/CI
• Support Maintenance and facilities departments in Maximo system use as Local Business Administrator (LBA)
• Collect and analyze key performance metrics for the group
• Teach Maintenance focused GMS training
• Develop and conduct presentations for all levels of management
• Develop and maintain reports to provide quantitative and qualitative data to departments
• Handle a variety of special assignments
• Analyze maintenance department performance and provide direction for improvement
• Execute GMS initiatives for maintenance plant wide: CI-TMP element champion
• Recommend solutions to unusual problems
• Support shops in launch projects including documentation of Maximo: assets, PMs, JPs, Spare Parts

Qualification & Experience:

• CMMS experience
• 3 to 5 years of Maintenance experience
• SharePoint management experience
• GMS experience
• SQUL experience
• Bachelor Degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
• Technical background
