Job Responsibilities:

• Addresses strategic goals / problems identified by the business that result in business value; creates / implements suitable strategies and objectives
• Focuses on program continuous improvement as business evolves
• Serves as dedicated owner of several related programs; participates in all aspects of assigned programs, including planning, budgeting, and staffing; analyzes program effectiveness; constructs methods / metrics to
• identify product team successes and failures
• Formulates, organizes, monitors inter-connected projects; coordinates cross-project activities to leverage work streams; creates / maintains processes and standards; resolves program higher-scope issues
• Creates / maintains program solutions and roadmaps; ensures alignment across related roadmaps
• Ensures / accountable for program success from top to bottom while in development, successful roll-out to all users, and ongoing improvement of program
• Serves as expert consultant on owned programs, related programs, and department; serves as an effective change agent with Company-wide impact; flexes existing processes to maximize outcomes; identifies critical risks and dependencies; anticipates / resolves critical team issues
