Job Description:

5 years minimum of Human Resources or 3 years of recruitment experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops and evolves relations with stakeholders within the country organization to ensure alignment with sourcing strategies while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Integrates the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion approach and knowledge into the recruitment
  • Utilizes and advocates for global tools, programs and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated vacancies
  • Screens, interviews and prepares candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
  • Analyses data and helps lead process improvements across the recruitment function
  • Communicates effectively and proactively throughout the recruiting process
  • Leads the recruiting process for management, leadership and complex searches
  • Creates an outstanding candidate experience from initial candidate contact to job offer that is efficient and aligned with our values
  • Builds and maintains manageable talent pools for future competence in software systems
  • Influences and consults Steering Managers and Hiring Managers throughout searches to ensure the best talent is hired
