Job Description:
We are looking for both early birds and night owls, available either for the 6am–2pm shift (LF/LO starting at $29.71 per hour), or 2pm–10pm shift (LF/LO starting at $34.17 per hour). You have a ‘Togetherness’ mindset where you’ll work closely with your team and other departments yet also be able to work independently. You have the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment, and an energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day. We understand that our future co-workers are looking for stability and security, and we provide this by offering permanent contracts, of 60 hours per fortnight.
Job Responsibilities:
- LO Operators: Picking orders from parcel to furniture (rotated tasks) and staging them for packers
- Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs
- Forklift Operators: Replenishing your assigned orders to ensure it is fully stocked for pickers and staging items for delivery
- Following our SOP’s to ensure safety of yourself and your co-workers, as well as keeping a strong customer focus, as we are helping people create their dream homes!
