Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring good compliance and governance against internal rules and policies, manage risks
• Cooperating with other departments to ensure end – to – end process (legal, finance, etc.)
• enabling to implement People and Planet Positive strategy
• Aligning with internal business partners on business requirements, create insights using internal and external data. Build strong relationship with business partners on global level, as well as on individual markets
• Developing and execute the category strategies with the objective to drive a sustainable procurement value, achieve procurement objectives and actively manage suppliers, business partners and risks. Act as expert for the category demonstrating an in-depth understanding of procurement process and marketing industry – specifically in are of creative, content production, CRM, PR or social media. Drive collaboration with country teams to ensure strategic direction for relevant categories
• Managing suppliers to deliver on internal KPIs
• Driving category relevant initiatives / projects (7 steps sourcing process – from identifying needs to contracting)

Qualification & Experience:

• University degree in Business, Business administration or marketing
• Possibility to travel (international travels)
• Experience (min 5 years) in marketing procurement
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English
