In this role, you will execute efficient, effective, and consistent Recruitment activities to attract and recruit talented candidates to fill job vacancies, with responsibility for a specific Market Area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Works proactively to fill all open positions with qualified candidates
  • Partners with hiring Managers to gain deep understanding of positions as assigned
  • Integrate the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion approach and knowledge into the recruitment process
  • Screens, interviews and prepares candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
  • Utilises global tools, programs, and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated vacancies
  • Creates an outstanding candidate experience from initial candidate contact to job offer that is efficient and aligned with our values

Qualification & Experience:

  • Ability to act without needing direction from others – to work independently, take own initiative and responsibility but also a team-player
  • Knowledge of identifying, assessing, selecting, and hiring suitable candidates for assigned positions
  • Experience of creating trustful relations in interactions with candidates and key stakeholders
