Job Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the implementation of the unit business plan and other action plans including the implementation of the global and national sustainability strategies.
- Supervising the daily operations of the Logistics team to secure efficient and seamless goods flow processes, including securing a safe environment for customers and co-workers.
- Providing feedback on team performance, and analysing and providing effective solutions where needed, to optimise commerciality and secure excellence in operations.
- Ensuring that every customer has a consistent and excellent shopping experience by motivating the team to provide the highest goods availability through timely executions.
Job Requirements:
As Logistics Coordinator you demonstrate a passion for stock and supply chain, and people’s life at home. You are an ambassador for keeping our environment safe for our co-workers and customers, and ensuring excellent stock availability. You have excellent communication skills and can influence and communicate effectively on all levels. You have strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate and support the department team operationally. You are a true customer advocate who takes pride in the service and are able to act upon customer feedback so they can expect a safe, seamless, sustainable, affordable and fulfilling shopping experience. You will have full-time availability, including up to 3 out of 4 weekends.
