Job Description:

We are looking for Software Engineers with Back end and Full-Stack development backgrounds. They are expected to embrace Lean/Agile and Extreme Programming practices across the full stack of technologies. They will collaborate directly and continuously with product managers, product designers, full stack developers and business partners to release early and often.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand and able to articulate product architecture
• Use the Test Driven Development methodology to realise the technical solution, including Integration Testing
• Verify that implementation meets standards
• A total focus on delivery and product support
• Develop the simplest, highest quality technical solution given constraints, consulting with the Product Manager to identify minimal viable product and decompose the feature set into small scoped user stories
• Work effectively with others including collaboration with the Product Owner and Product Manager to remove delivery roadblocks and lead pairs of software engineers to deliver user stories
• Diagnose problems and come up with ideas to fix them
• Present the architectural solution during release planning
• Deliver application software using cloud-based architecture across a full stack of technologies
• Develop team technical abilities and mentor and guide developers to right development practices and designs

Qualification & Experience:

• Proven ability to work both individually and collaboratively
• Any Front end user experience in Vue, Angular, React, or JavaScript
• Experience with software development tools (backlog management, source code management, automated and unit test management, CI/CD, etc)
• Strong communication skills and ability to think above and beyond baseline requirements.
• Strong Java development experience building micro service and cloud based solutions using Spring Platform (Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud), OAuth, Swagger, etc.
• Web service delivery experience (using REST) for backend services
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, Pivotal Cloud Foundry or similar)
• Experience with TDD and Agile Methodologies.
