Lidl Careers – Logistics Analyst

Job Description:

Lidl US is seeking an excellent entry level Logistics Analyst who will support the regional distribution center operations, optimize logistical processes, and train end users on a continuous basis. There will be a strong focus on communicating with up to 15 carriers to ensure on-time and accurate arrivals from our import warehouses. The ideal Analyst is a strategic, forward-thinking individual that develops and standardizes processes with scalability and growth in mind.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support future openings of Regional Distribution Centers
• Monitor and track KPIs
• Cost management and invoice processing for inbound products
• Conduct audits of warehouse procedures to ensure adherence to international and US procedures
• Develop and conduct trainings for the regions on new processes
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures for all logistics processes
• Support the development and implementation of new processes under the guidance of management

Job Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• In lieu of degree, 3+ years of experience in related field will meet the education requirements listed above
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
• Excellent written and oral communication skill
