Job Description:

The Sales Organisation team are responsible for the delivery of new and innovative store operational projects, and continually optimise current processes in our stores. You will work on various sales projects to help shape the way our operational colleagues measure and develop KPI performance, provide the best shopping experience for our customers and supporting the efficiencies of a Store.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing new project concepts and proposing solutions
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders and counterparts within Regional teams, International departments and Head Office.
  • Planning, managing and coordinating rollout of sales projects
  • Creating presentations including project and training documentation
  • Working on multiple projects simultaneously to improve the user experience within our stores
  • Analysing and optimising sales processes within our Stores
  • Presenting project proposals and outcomes to Senior Management, Regional teams and Board Directors
  • Developing goal-oriented solutions and identifying potential for optimisation within projects

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, managing conflicting priorities efficiently
  • Experience of working in a retail environment e.g. Store experience is preferred
  • German language is desirable but not essential
  • Drives ownership through their work and responsibilities
  • Previous project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders as well as influencing cross functional teams
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • An excellent communicator and multi-tasker with organisational abilities
  • Analytical tendencies with a proactive approach to measure, test and create innovative solutions
