Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant – Regional Sales Operations assists in administrative and organizational tasks for the Regional Distribution Center sales team, including the Regional Vice President and Director(s) of Sales Operations. This role analyzes data and performs research for the Sales Operations department and facilitates communication in the region, in addition to supporting the team with administrative tasks such as calendar management and travel booking. This position fulfills his/her tasks in a fast-paced environment and ensures high quality results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organize regional meetings, projects, and other compliance topics
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with District Managers and store management teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Assist in administrative and organizational tasks for the Sales Operations department
  • Support stores through placing and fulfilling orders (stationary, uniforms, etc.) and distributing materials to sites
  • Facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly business communications throughout the Regional Distribution Center and stores
  • Perform store reporting data pulls and compile key information relating to the Sales Operations department’s key performance indicators
  • Maintain internal database programs used for document sharing, invoice processing, and communications

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of constituent groups such as senior management, peers, and outside contacts
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal
  • Good command of the German language
  • Self-motivated with an intermediate understanding of business acumen
  • Fluent command of English
  • Ability to work independently or in a group in an open office environment
  • Ability to work efficiently in Excel, Adobe, and Microsoft Suite
