Lush’s Subscriptions team has plans for growth – to expand its digital product base and go global. We are looking for a Product Owner, who can execute the subscriptions vision and drive this programme forwards, whilst also planning future developments in our evolving roadmap.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and proactively manage resource requirements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure consistency in process and alignment on priorities and timing, and ensure that they are kept up-to-date on the Digital Roadmap
  • Creation and prioritisation of detailed technical tickets for teams to scope
  • Ensure digital team workflows align to project delivery processes and implement process changes when needed
  • Champion ongoing improvement of processes related to Subscriptions
    Ensure stakeholder expectations are clear at the onset of projects and be proactive in identifying and resolving disconnects through prioritisation or governance mechanisms
  • Run and coordinate all project-related meetings, from requirement gathering and standups to stakeholder updates
  • Support overall planning and cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment and clarity of project-based intake, capacity, prioritisation, scope, and progress
  • Manage and lead our subscriptions’ project roadmap and predominantly technical deliverables. Define subscriptions user stories and prioritise the project backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities, while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of our Subscriptions service
  • Define the vision for subscriptions and break this down into a product roadmap

Job Requirements:

  • Budget Management skills for projects of various sizes
  • Knowledge of Agile project management processes and industry best practices
  • Experience building and launching digital e-commerce products
  • Outstanding ability to build meaningful and lasting relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Proven success in developing project scope and KPIs
  • You’ll have a critical mind and be solution-oriented
  • Strong track record of delivering digital projects that meet their digital measures, on time and on budget, with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira
  • Minimum 5 years experience in managing e-commerce / commercial digital projects
