Job Description:

The MB Academy Retail Instructional Design team is responsible for designing and developing sales training content to support dealer personnel. The MB Academy Retail Instructional Design Intern will work collectively with cross-functional teams within the MB Academy team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute course build requirements with Operational counterparts
• Provide input on enhancing training tests and other evaluation processes for required trainings
• Maintain knowledge of current corporate branding requirements and style guides.
• Manage team assets, both physical and digital.
• Use a critical eye to review curriculum for accuracy and user experience.
• Support Retail Instructional Design team with reporting and/or presentations, as needed
• Analyze training needs and gaps

Qualification & Experience:

• Ability to multitask
• Must be able to work 7.5 hours daily
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Eager to learn and work with colleagues
