Mercedes Benz Employment – Pre-Owned Sales Consultant

Job Description:

As a Sales Consultant, you will provide superior customer service while selling Pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Calculate lease and purchase options for customer and quote accurate payments
• Sell/lease as many vehicles as required by MBM’s annual minimum standards.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding the lease/purchase of a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles
• Assist customers with all aspects of vehicle ownership, including but not limited to: scheduling service appointments, assisting with lease maturities, acting as a liaison for Collision Center inquiries, following up on DMV issues, procuring any and all missing documentation for financing, and supplying Sales Managers with accurate order status
• Maintain / update customer information in company databases
• Follow up with customers to obtain referrals and repeat business
• Maintain customer satisfaction by confirming orders with customers, sending written communications for timely transactions
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Job Requirements:

• Ability to commute to and from the Mercedes-Benz Manhattan location in New York City
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Must be on time to scheduled work shift
• Must have 2+ years of luxury vehicle Pre-Owned sales experience
• Work Holidays when required
