Job Description:
Work with IT team supporting service operations and service delivery. Coordinate with other IT internal partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with issues tracking and follow ups
- Help the team apply agile methodology for their deliverable
- Support SAP IT team in managing service operations and service delivery
- Organize meetings and provide meeting notes
Qualification & Experience:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work well in teams
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
