Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Sales Executive (Used Cars) to be based at our highly successful Brooklands site in Surrey.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing orders in progress and supervising order processing
• Handing over vehicles to customers
• Recording customer satisfaction and initiating relevant measures
• Promoting sales both within the showroom and outside of the sales area
• Welcoming, advising, calling on and supporting customers
• Developing, establishing and fostering contacts within all business departments to support sales
• Concluding sales contracts and making any required amendments in line with the Mercedes-Benz Retail Group sales process
• Supporting with the design of exhibition space, product placement and sales events
• Continuous planning and targeting of the acquisition of new customers
• Maintaining company standards and controls

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrable car sales experience (new or used)
• The ability to follow a structured Sales Process
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• A genuine passion for the delivery of first class customer service
• An interest in the automotive industry would be desirable
