Job Description:

​​​​​​​To design and lead the strategic roadmap to transform ODEON Cinema Group’s (OCG) digital channels across Europe, building the case for investment in digital capabilities to drive data-driven guest experience management   This is a key leadership role within a respected, dynamic Commercial team, driving growth through our purpose of making movies better for our guests.​

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive OCG’s approach to digital partner marketing and data sharing with Studio and B2B partners, to maximise the monetisation of our data.​​Develop a common roadmap for digital tools & enablers across OCG in collaboration with our lead technology partner, aligned to driving value through the guest journey​ (acquisition, upsell, loyalty & retention)​
  • Effectively manage key stakeholders across OCG group, particularly IT architecture, and territory functions to promote the digital agenda and orchestrate its execution.​​
  • Lead the design and development of OCG’s digital strategy in collaboration with IT, Commercial and Operations colleagues​ across all territories, building the case for investment in transformative digital capabilities to drive a data-driven guest experience​
  • Lead and project manage multiple digital & membership workstreams to a defined scope, schedule and budget, delivering measurable commercial outcomes​
  • Lead and manage a consistent OCG-wide scorecard of digital and membership metrics which drive relevant insight-led actions across consumer targeting, SEO, UX, conversion, cross-sell/up-sell, data capture & loyalty​
  • Manage the matrix between the OCG Commercial function and the individual territory teams, applying insights across territories and maximising our collective capabilities.​​
  • Ensure territory digital & membership teams are working with the right tools, budgets, common vendors & agencies in collaboration with IT, Finance and Procurement​​
  • Troubleshoot to identify strategic issues and solve commercial problems through applying diagnostic and project management tools. ​

Job Requirements:

  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail with a completer/finisher mindset and strong multitasking skills.​​
  • Significant experience in digital transformation, product, marketing & loyalty, ideally gained at well-known service brands with sizeable databases and multiple customer touchpoints​
  • Data driven and analytical, and commercially sound, with a solid understanding of business & channel performance and results driven.​​
  • A strategic thinker, able to navigate ambiguity, assimilate information and communicate solutions in a compelling way.​​
  • Project management and 360 change management skills​​
  • Leadership skills, ability to set high standards and lead by example.​
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level and communicate effectively to a wide range of stakeholders, building strong relationships.​​Experience of working across Europe +/or working with different cultures.​​
  • A driven and agile self-starter, able to work well both independently and as part of a team.​​
