Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate Global Quality and Risk Management strategy to key stakeholder groups, driving clear alignment with global business strategy using a variety of media
  • Review current communications program and identify, implement and operationalize improvements to ensure efficient communications to our internal customers
  • Promote understanding of global risk technology application functionality and related business processes
  • Design and maintain online resource centers and collaboration sites
  • Drive information sharing across departments to enable employee engagement
  • Develop and lead programs such as “lunch & Learns” and other information sharing/team engagement activities

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of recent experience with excellent writing skills and a demonstrated ability to explain complex technical information in clear, simple terms
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Communications, Marketing or English from an accredited university
  • Strong communications strategy experience, including planning and delivering coordinated communications across multiple media
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize visual communications (graphic design skills are not required but are a plus)
  • Experience working in complex organizations, preferably global and/or professional services, willingness to work a flexible time schedule to accommodate time zones, no travel expected (beyond travel to office for planned meetings if working remotely)
  • Confidence in influencing management and interacting with partners and senior leadership along with the ability to work to tight, frequently shifting deadlines while maintaining focus on detail and quality
