Job Description:

The Project Lead proactively manages all daily creative deadlines ensuring that creative assets are being built, approved and delivered to the appropriate publication and/or external vendors as scheduled. They will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams as well as third party vendors to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Account Executives and department managers to establish project timelines and priorities and communicate those to the creative team
  • Manage team’s project scopes, determine needed resources and coordinate work assignments to creative team
  • Ensure marketing strategies are being applied across projects
  • Pinpoint challenges and trends within the team to then drive business goals and creative development
  • Train new team members on workflow process and our project management tools
  • Provide departments with status updates on key deliverables
  • Lead project planning sessions, manage project progress and adapt work as required

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of Creative Suite a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple assignments
  • Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a producer or in project management
  • Experience with digital marketing
