Job Description:
Our Fleet Team work to keep our portfolio of circa. 50,000 vehicles on the road, ensuring our business continues to deliver excellent service throughout the year and keeping our customers happy. We have an exciting opportunity to join this team as an In Life Control Administrator, where you will play a key part in helping us to maintain our fleet of vehicles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing
- Vehicle document library
- Driver fines
- VED
- Vehicle ordering/sales
- Charging zone administration
Job Requirements:
- Good standard of numeracy
- Excellent IT skills, proficient using a range of software packages including Microsoft Excel / Word / Powerpoint
- Confident communicator with experience of verbal and written correspondence – essential that you are comfortable with telephone calls and e-mail communication
- Good standard of organisation skills
- Able to demonstrate good team working skills
- Flexibility – open and comfortable with change, new processes and new ways of working
- Previous experience in Fleet is desirable, especially working knowledge of fleet compliance and legalisation
