- You will have shared responsibility with the Senior SBDM for the successful identification, qualification, conversion and management of new business opportunities within the largest size of customer account.
- The role will deliver revenue and contribution to meet the strategic targets.
- We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manger with a proven sales record, who understands the parcel distribution market, sector trends, key players, competitors and customers.
- We will need you to be flexible on travel and hold a full driving licence.
- You will be highly motivated, resilient and have excellent negotiation, influencing and selling skills with a strategic approach to problem solve at a senior level,.
- You will be able to identify new business development opportunities and build a profitable pipeline to deliver targeted results.
- You will be able to manage your virtual team and influence them to achieve business goals.
- Ability to motivate and influence customers whether large or small and at all levels up to board level.
