Job Description:

Responsible for partnering with HR Leadership and hiring managers to create and execute a high touch candidate experience to support the identification of strong talent in Building the Best Place to Work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit candidates for current and future requisitions via various methods, including but not limited to: social media, professional networking associations and events, industry contacts, job boards, job fairs, employee referrals, alumni/former employees, external career website.
  • Assure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to employment.
  • Coordinate with HR team on other projects as needed.
  • Maintain a focus on market and industry intelligence in order to be a strategic partner to the business.
  • Proactively research and recommend active and passive recruiting sources, and develop a pool of qualified candidates by building and maintaining relationships.
  • Attend professional networking and college recruiting events to serve as a brand ambassador for the company.
  • Manage the recruitment life cycle to create a great candidate and hiring manager experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency, drive and passion to take ownership of all projects.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Experience with HR technologies such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, etc. required. Microsoft Office experience a plus (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrates a creative, flexible and high energy approach to impacting business results.
  • Strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented.
  • Collaborative team player.
