Job Responsibilities:

  • Meeting management and support (on/offsite)
  • Product and account research activities
  • Accounts Payable processing
  • Assist local sales leaders and teams with specific onsite needs and projects and other local/onsite responsibilities as assigned
  • Associate on-boarding, termination, and transfer management
  • File consolidations, formatting, VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, formula creations and other intermediate actions within Excel
  • Standard and custom report request submitted to a variety of source data systems
  • Participate in and contribute to team/project groups
  • Forms assistance (signature processing, fulfilling requests for W9’s, COI’s, and completing basic company information)
  • Receive and process majority of work requests from the team queue and complete them following standard processes

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge in Salesforce.com
  • Prior sales support experience, preferably within a distributed environment
  • Ability to self-direct and drive your own initiative
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Detail-oriented, with strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task, manage and prioritize multiple high-level tasks/small projects simultaneously

Qualification & Experience:

  • Intermediate Computer Skills with the entire MS Office Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • 1-2 years professional experience in a support/customer service role, or combination of higher learning education and experience
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
