Job Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with your sales team, as well as utilize other company resources to ensure a smooth transition of new contracts to the Account Management Team
- Responsibilities include scheduling appointments with key decision makers, giving solution-based presentations and closing new deals
- Your main responsibility is prospecting, cold calling and closing new deals with businesses in your assigned territory
- You will sell our “one-stop solution” to customers enabling them to purchase their entire lines of business with our company
Job Requirements:
- Set appointments/build relationships to present our program solutions
- Achieve/Exceed set Key Performance Indicators and sales objectives
- Facilitate the transition of new contracts to the assigned Account Manager who will maintain and grow the business
- Identify decision makers and key stakeholders
- Prospect and cold call potential customers
- Research small to medium size businesses and qualify leads
- Negotiate and close deals
Qualification & Experience:
- Creative and social media savvy – adaptive to an everchanging sales environment
- Superior consultative selling skills with proven closing ability
- Strong communication/Interpersonal skills
- Commitment to achieving key performance indicators – touchpoints, appointments and proposals
- Ability to function independently to achieve targets as well as work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- A proven background of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience in sales, new business development and other related fields
- Deadline and detail oriented with strong organizational skills
