We are currently looking for an outstanding Business to Business Outside Sales Representative to join our team! The focus of this position is new business development. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional that enjoys building relationships, achieving success, overcoming challenges, closing deals and securing contracts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities include scheduling appointments with key decision makers, giving solution-based presentations and closing new deals
  • You will sell our “one-stop solution” to customers enabling them to purchase their entire lines of business with our company
  • You will work closely with your sales team, as well as utilize other company resources to ensure a smooth transition of new contracts to the Account Management Team
  • Your main responsibility is prospecting, cold calling and closing new deals with businesses in your assigned territory

Job Requirements:

  • A proven background of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Deadline and detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication/Interpersonal skills
  • Superior consultative selling skills with proven closing ability
  • Previous experience in sales, new business development and other related fields
  • Ability to function independently to achieve targets as well as work effectively in a team environment
  • Commitment to achieving key performance indicators – touchpoints, appointments and proposals
  • Creative and social media savvy – adaptive to an everchanging sales environment
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
